“ The Life of the land is perpetuated in righteousness”
Our mission at Pono Outdoor Program is to reunify humanity with nature by teaching indigenous ways such as fire-making, water purification, shelter building, food foraging, medicinal plant knowledge, and regenerative farming in co-creation with our community.

“I like that I don’t have to wear a mask and I get to be outside all day and we get to do cool stuff like jump in the water and go surfing.”
– Ozzy, age 6
What the keiki are saying...
What the parents are saying...
“The most amazing thing to see is the children thriving, being able to breath freely, being in a safe environment where theyʻre not being told that they’re in danger or that they are a danger, and that they’re able to be free.”
– Heather
